David KramerNaples Precinct Committeeman

    David Kramer is a lifelong resident of Boundary County who has resided in Naples most of his life.  He has been married to Andrea for 30 years where they continue to live at Stampede Lake in Naples.  Dave has been a career law enforcement Officer, serving with Bonners Ferry Police Department for over 30 years, with 20 of those years as Chief of Police.  He continues to be involved in law enforcement as the law enforcement Coordinator for the NIC Basic Patrol Academy, as a Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Police Officer, and as a Reserve Officer for Bonners Ferry Police Department.  Kramer also is the Director of Boundary County Emergency Management Office.   In addition he remains active as a volunteer with Boundary Search and Dive Rescue Team, Idaho State Search and Rescue, and Special Olympics.

    Kramer has a deep passion for Boundary County.  His decisions and recommendations are based on what is in the best interest for Boundary County as a whole.

    When Boundary County became a County in 1915, his Grandfather- Donald  McColl was elected as a first Commissioner on the Republican ticket to serve the new County.
